A narrow kilim for a hallway or landing, woven in Maimana, Western Afghanistan.

Woven flat on a traditional loom: wool warp, wool weft, no knots and no pile. Reversible, and hard-wearing on both sides.

Vegetable-dyed, hand-spun wool. The colour shifts slightly across the weave — abrash — because small-batch dye lots do that. Machines don't.

197 × 63 cm (6'6" x 2'1"). Handwoven once, sold once. No restock, no repeat — just this piece.
